ThreeBond 1211 is a white, free flowing single-component, solvent free and non-acid RTV silicone liquid gasket.

This general purpose grade is ideal for applications where a long, faultless seal is absolutely critical. Recommended for sealing flange surfaces, screw sections and as a gasket dressing to prevent oil, water, gasoline and chemical leaks.

1211 has a long tack-free time (around 90 minutes) and fully cures in 24 hours. It offers an effective temperature range of -60°C up to 250°C and provides an outstanding mechanical resistance against vibration.

Recommended for all automotive, motorcycle, watercraft, snowmobile and ATV engine applications thanks to its resistivity to engine oil.
Used by many OEM manufacturers in aluminum case assembly.
